Sanand EWS-II Awas Yojana
Sanand EWS-II Awas Yojana is a new housing project launched by the Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The main goal of this scheme is to provide low-cost housing to families from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS). A total of 756 flats are being built near Modern School in Sanand. Each flat will have an area of 39.94 square meters and will cost ₹6 lakh. The scheme is open to citizens whose annual family income is up to ₹3 lakh.
Applications will be accepted from 1st December 2024 to 15th January 2025. Interested applicants can apply online through the official AUDA website. The final list of selected beneficiaries will be decided through a lucky draw.
