One of the most beneficial initiatives has been designed by the DDA (Delhi Development Authorities) for the citizens who are living in the apartment owners in Gold View Condos. To provide the Hosting facilities DDA has launched the DDA Dwarka Community Service Scheme under this initiative authorities will provide 364 flats located at Tower M, Sector 19B, phase 2 Dwarka. The Delhi Development Authorities set a range of Flats, Under this initiative the plinth of the flats which is 50.043 square meters starts from INR 32.53 lakhs. Those who are interested and want to purchase a flat located at Tower will submit their application from 17th March 2025.
About DDA
The (DDA) Delhi Development Authorities is an administrative that plans to acquire land for affordable housing, it was established in 1957 by the Delhi Government this program is designed to develop and construct residential projects and aims to manage commercial land. The scheme includes the development and sale of residential units, primarily flats and apartments. After the Master plan for Delhi 2001, The DDA also provided various opportunities to develop public facilities, Authorities have programmed to provide a possibility for all the citizens of Delhi DDA many initiatives to purchase flats for all the citizens of Delhi in the Newly constructed Building. The flats are issued after the completion of all codal formalities under the DDA Initiative.

Eligibilty Criteria
- Only the candidates who are the legal owners of HIG, Super HIG, and Penthouse flats in Golf View Condo, Sector 19B, Dwarka are eligible.
- Eligible participants include the original allottees, their legal heirs/successors (mutates), and purchasers of DDA flats.
- Each applicant is eligible for only one flat under this initiative, As long as the available flats suggested are 364 as a balance to eligible flat owners of more than 1100, whatever of the number of flats obtained in his name individually or jointly in Golf View Condo.
- After verifying, that the citizen is not the legal owner of the flat the allotment will be canceled and the amount will not be refunded including the EMD.
- The candidate must clear all dues for their original HIG, SHIG, or Penthouse flat at Golf View Condo, which was allotted in a previous e-Auction to get an EWS flat,
- The Possession of the EWS flat will only be provided after the possession letter for the original HIG, SHIG, or Penthouse flat is issued, after completion of all codal formalities.

Step 2: After reaching the homepage the candidate must select and click on the option called “Register Now”.
STEP 3: After that you must enter all the details that are asked and attach all the necessary documents.
