The AP Digi Lakshmi Scheme 2025 is a small step towards empowering women taken by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Under this scheme, a total of 9,034 CSCs will be set up across the state. By offering these centers government aims to maintain a uniform prototype, known as ‘ATOM Kiosk’ centers, ensuring consistency in service delivery statewide. This scheme specifically targets SHG women to operate these centers, reinforcing the ‘SHG to SME’ transformation.

With the help of this scheme, SHG women are expected to take a loan of approximately Rs 2 to 2.5 lakh from SLF/banks to cover the costs of setting up the kiosk and procuring necessary hardware and software. This scheme will work under the direct control and supervision of CSC, delivering about 250 kinds of various services offered by CSC to the public in the state.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicant must be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Applicant must be a married woman resident of the state.
  • Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years of active participation in SHG membership.
  • Applicant must have adequate technical knowledge.
  • Applicant must have a graduation degree.
  • Applicant must be settled in the operational area of their respective Slum Level Federation (SLF).
  • Age of the applicant must be in between 21-40 years of age at the time of application.
