Purpose of Layout Regularisation Scheme
The LRS is a scheme proposed by the Government of Telangana to mark the issue of unapproved and illegal layouts that break legal development plans and lack basic groundwork like roads, streetlights, and drainage. The state government has allowed the registration of unregistered plots in unauthorized layouts under the Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS), provided at least 10% of plots have been sold through a registered bill of sale before August 26, 2020. Under this initiative, the state government said that candidates who pay regularisation and pro-rata open space charges by March 31, 2025, will be eligible for a 25% discount on these charges. If the application is rejected due to some problem, the of 90% paid will be refunded, with 10% removed as processing charges.

Step 2: On the Home page select the option for LRS that will appear on your screen.
Step 3: Enter your Mobile Number.
Step 4: Then enter OTP that will provide on your registered number.

Step 5: Click on Validate OTP to get the application, If OTP is not received, click on the Re-Send OTP button to get OTP on the registered mobile number click on Back, to navigate the entry form.

Step 6: Select Regularization Applied for – Individual plot or Layout.
Step 7- After that enter application details such as Application details or plots details layout and upload documents.
Step 8- After filling out all the details, the applicant has to click on the option submit to complete your process.
How to pay for layout regularisation scheme?
- To pay for the layout regularization scheme fees, the Applicant can directly pay at the sub-registrar office of the concerned area.
- The state government allows you to pay the prescribed regularization fee directly at the sub-registrar office of the area where your property is located.
Regularization process involves two stages:
- Layout Regularization: The layout is surveyed and an in-principle approved layout framework plan is issued by the concerned authority.
- Plot Regularization: The council issues a regularization order and plan for the plot after confirming ownership and collecting the balance regularization charges.
